I was so glad it came with 3 different sizes. I was able to try all of them to see which one was more comfortable, turns out the medium fits better than the small for me as I first thought it would. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher star is the straps. They are elastic and lost some of it elasticity within a few weeks. There is a small clamp that comes with it to make the straps tighter. I do put in my own clip barrettes to hold the straps in place, the seem to ride up the back of my head when sleeping.

Got Allergies?
I was suffering with allergies every single day; watery eyes and runny nose, I should have bought stock in kleenex with all that I used. So I was taking over the counter meds. I didn't like taking those allergy meds because it didn't just dry out my eyes and nose, it dried out my mouth. I had the worst cotton mouth ever. I was always sucking on a dry mouth lozenge. So I thought I'd try an air purifier. I could tell a different within a few hours of plugging this LEVOIT Air Purifier. Now I rarely have to wipe my eyes and nose.

Lower your Utility Bill
Aside from oxygen, we need water to survive. We lose water as we breath and with every activity that we do. If we don't replenish what we lose, we run the risk of dehydration, which can cause you to feel tired and drained. It is recommended to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day for both adults and children.

Save on Heating Costs
1. Check around doors, windows and fireplaces that are drafty and seal off these leaks.
2. Don't heat areas of your house that you don't use regularly.
3. Turn down the heat a bit and put on a sweatshirt and sweatpants or a sweater.
4. Clean or change any filters that are dirty.
5. If your water heater is in an unheated space, wrap it with an insulation blanket available at hardware stores to prevent heat loss.
6. Open the blinds and curtains and let the sun shine heat your home.
7. Run ceiling fans in reverse to push warm air back down.
8. Wash clothes in cold water when possible.
9. Use extra blankets at night.
10. Light the fireplace.
